ECOENERGIA supplies complete design data for combustion control systems for industrial power boilers. The systems are installed by renowned companies with extensive experience on the Polish market. Among our subcontractors there are such companies as ASKOM Gliwice, CNPAE Wroc3aw, Westinghouse and ZPDA from Ostrów Wielkopolski.

Our control systems based on S7 Simatic microcontrollers maintain a proper distribution of combustion air between burners and OFA ports and ensure a safe operation of the controlled installation by means of the built-in safety procedures and subsystems. A full automatic control enables the boiler and burner installations to be operated almost unattended and can substantially reduce the plant's operational costs. The central monitoring of boiler working conditions implemented in our systems helps to prevent unexpected failures and provides an insight into a long-term system performance based on historical data and trend analysis.
