The swirl burner is intended for wall-fired coal dust boilers. The flow of air-dust mixture is divided inside the burner casing into two separate streams with different concentrations of dust. The increase of dust concentration occurs in the axial direction and helps to reduce the intensity of NOx formation. Our swirl burners can achieve NOx reduction rates in excess of 50% and are characterised by a high flame stability and long lifetime guaranteed by heat-resistant and abrasion-resistant materials.
Installation of swirl burners and a modified secondary air system enables the boiler to meet the requirements of new environmental protection standards without any degradation of its power or other parameters. NOx concentration in dry exhaust gases does not exceed 540 mg/Nm3 at 6 O2. Swirl burners designed by ECOENERGIA have been installed in OP-110, OP-230 and TP-170 boilers.

The jet burner is intended for coal dust boilers with tangential furnaces. Its design allows the air to be directed tangentially into the vortex circle and at the same time in parallel to the stream of coal dust mixture. This pattern of streams is maintained within every row of burners. Waterwall tubes are protected against high temperature corrosion by an additional stream of wall air. Our jet burners can achieve NOx reduction rates in excess of 50% and are characterised by a high flame stability and long lifetime guaranteed by heat-resistant and abrasion-resistant materials.
Installation of jet burners and a modified secondary air system enables the boiler to meet the requirements of new environmental protection standards without any degradation of its power or other parameters. Jet burners designed by ECOENERGIA have been installed in WP-170, WP-120 and OP-140 boilers. |
