ABOUT US
In its first years ECOENERGIA, together with the Institute of Power Engineering in Warsaw, took part in the research programme "Burners with Low Emission of Nitrogen Oxides for Power Boilers" co-financed by the Committee of Scientific Examinations. The research resulted in a development and large-scale application of two types of low-NOx burners: a swirl burner for wall-fired boilers and a slot burner for tangential furnaces. Both types of burners are registered in the Polish Patent Office with ECOENERGIA as an owner of all patent rights.
Our current activities are concentrated in the following fields:
- Turnkey modernisation of water and steam power boilers aimed at:
- Reduction of NOx emissions below the level required by environmental protection standards by means of Polish low-emission burners and automatic combustion control systems,
- Conversion of boilers from coal to natural gas by means of low-emission gas burners.
- Supply, installation and maintenance of modern systems for monitoring of industrial emissions.
- Measurements of atmospheric emissions using ECOENERGIA's own mobile laboratory.
- Replacement of electrostatic precipitators with small dedusting units co-produced with renowned foreign companies.
- Technical consultancy in the field of:
- selection of equipment for power stations,
- preparation of tender materials in accordance with the Public Orders Act,
- analysis of commercial proposals for delivery and modernisation of equipment for power stations.
- construction and layout of flue gas ducts, compressor stations, supports for electrostatic precipitators, ash silos and flyash hydraulic and pneumatic transport systems.

We also offer design and engineering services in the field of ash removal installations for power boilers, flyash conveying systems and other auxiliary installations.
